WALKBACK EXPLORATION
What are the possibilities of walking back? How does the body arrange itself? How can I take it further, open it up to different planes?

Walkback
I had contemplated going alone or inviting my mom, going with or without a plan, to take or not to take my tripod, move to music or to silence. I ended up going alone to the studio for 2 hours with the intention of "what is a class I would like to attend/ what is a class I would like to teach?"
I took my tripod
I moved without music for the first hour. Church bells had the space to be heard.
I didn't have a plan but it felt like there's an invisible entity leading or guiding the sequence of events.
The cool down turned into an epilogue. Next session I can start with the end of this one.

The speed warms up a deeper layer. Explored it in quadruped and in crunches. What happens when my scapluae and sternum yield to the floor when I crunch up and come back down?
